Our consulting company – in brief

Foundation

Our management consulting company was foun­ded in 1975 by Morten Fangel. The aim is – before as today– to assist corporations in the implementation of advanced project planning and management.

Employees

Later our company has stabilised with five employees – combined with co-operation with a broad network of national and international consul­tants.

Experience

Over the past four years we have delivered services to private corporations and public institutions in Denmark and other countries:

• Supported the implementation of project manage­ment in 6 major companies
• Managed the development of 8 company manuals of project management
• Managed project start-up processes for 12 projects
• Organised project management training for 30 compani­es and institutions

Type of Projects

We have worked with most types of projects ranging from product and production development, systems and organi­sation development, engineering to construc­tion facilities.
